Another government agency to solve a problem that is better solved in the private sector. um, may not be the best idea I’ve ever heard.

Sorry had to respond to some of the answers. McCain is for more drilling, solar, natural gas, renewable alternatives. Everything possible to add to our energy resources.

If drilling had been done 10 years ago we would be benefiting from it now. We need to start now. WE can’t wait another 20 years.

We need to do something to decrease our dependence on oil. What is McCain’s idea, drill more! That is not the answer.

Look at countries like Norway. During the 70’s oil embargo, Norway had an oil dependence where they only produced 10% of their own oil and had to import the other 90%. When the middle east refused to deliver oil to them they got hit hard. They instituted a change in energy consumption and started going green then with more renewable energy sources. They are now an oil and energy exporter. They are not feeling the energy crunch right now. We need to think like Norway and find ways to rid ourselves of oil dependence. Drilling is not the real answer. We need to find ways to cut back on oil use so what we are already drilling is more than we need. This will make us a stronger nation and make the middle east go back to being a 3rd world economy.

That’s it, pretty much…marching up & down the street in their green uniforms. They will be led by Obama’s first energy czar- Al Gore “Minister of the Curley Lightbulb”. (snicker)

That’s the community organizer in him. He will be doing alot of meaningless things like that if he is elected. Scary huh?!

I’ll be relieved when Obama loses the election. This guy changes his positions so many times that it’s obvious that he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
