i have the same thing going on with me. i am notoriously known on the field hockey time as the girl who always has food. in my locker i keep several bags of goldfish, applesauce, dried mangos, chex mix/ gardetos stuff, and other not super bad for you stuff.</description>

gummy bears! a ton of my friends are cross country players and their coaches want them to eat gummy bears before running because they give just the right amount of sugar and are fat- free ( not to mention delicious!).</description>

Bananas are a great snack before playing a sport because of the potassium. It helps replenish it when you lose some through lots of sweating. It also helps keep your legs from cramping as a result of playing a sport.</description>

Personally. I'd go for a peanut butter sandwich and a lot of gatorade... But It's up to you... There is allways a possiablility of packing a sandwich to take there...</description>
